As one of the South Coasts most welcoming, relaxing and tranquil day spas, we offer a wide range of expert facials, body treatments and massages which can all be enjoyed in our rural paradise.

Are bookings required?
Yes, bookings are essential. Please phone 02 4478 1085 or TBA Soon or send an enquiry via our "Contact Us" Page. We will need to know your treatment choices & your preferred dates & times. Advanced bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. A valid Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking is required to secure your treatment times.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change in our busy schedules, however we request seven (7) days notice if you need to cancel or alter your appointment. Bookings within 7 days of your scheduled treatment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment booked. Cancellations within 24 hours or "No Shows" will be charged the full treatment rate including gift certificates. We appreciate your understanding!
Should I arrive early for my treatment?
Yes. If this is your first visit you will need to complete a confidential client history form. Those enjoying a Spa Treatment or package will also require time to change into a robe. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to make the most of your time with us. If you arrive late then your treatment may have to be shortened so that other clients aren't kept waiting (no refunds possible, sorry).
Can I still use my Gift Voucher after the expiry date?
No, sorry. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date. We recommend that you book your treatment sooner, rather than later, in case something happens to prevent you from using your voucher before the expiry date. You may give your voucher to someone else to use if necessary. Refunds are not available.
Can I bring my baby or child to the Day Spa?
No, sorry. A Day Spa is a place of peace & pampering, for yourself & for others visiting. We therefore suggest that you make arrangements with a reliable baby sitter, so that you and others can relax and enjoy your treatments in peace. Day Spa treatments are not available for children under 13. Teen pamper days can be arranged on request, however with and will require an adult to supervise if using the hydro spa.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring suitable swim wear if you are having a spa or sauna. We will provide you with a towel, a gown & disposable slippers. If you are having a body treatment in our wet room we will also provide you with disposable underwear, however you are welcome to bring bathers or spare underwear if you prefer.
Do you have any restrictions on treatments?
Please inform us of any relevant health issues prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you (e.g. if you have recently undergone treatment for cancer). If you are under medical supervision we ask that you obtain your doctor's approval before receiving any of our Day Spa or massage treatments.
Do I need to shower before my treatment?
Yes, it is recommended as leaving the oils on afterwards is recommended. If you are riding a bike or walking along the rail trail, or if you are coming directly from work or the beach etc, please let us know beforehand if you need to use our shower, so that we can ensure it is ready for your arrival. We will provide you with shower gel & a towel.
Can I wear my jewelery?
We recommend that you leave jewelery & other valuable items safely at home, where they can't be lost or damaged in our washing machine!
Can I use my mobile phone?
We ask that you turn your mobile phone off while in the Day Spa, so that you can enjoy your treatment/s without interruption. Please also consider other clients, who don't want to be disturbed by ringing phones & the private conversations of others.
